At Canyon Offroad, we want you to be completely satisfied with your rugged apparel and gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
